The Kaniere School has recognised the long standing need for a school hall. With the population surrounding the school expanding, the concept to create a community hub to cater for a wide range of uses emerged. This feasibility study explored the viability of the project and resulted in the Board of Trustees reducing the scale of their project initially by around 50% of the original $1 million capital cost and now to covering the court area.
